🔰 What Is the Pending Personal Banking Users Sub-Module?

This sub-module helps admins view, search, and manage new personal banking users whose profiles are in a pending status. These are users who have registered but may require approval, additional verification, or manual checks before they can be fully activated.

🔍 Available Filters

To find specific pending users quickly, you can filter the list by:

Filter	Description
Search	Enter a name, phone number, or keyword to find a user.
Select Provider	Filter by the banking provider (e.g., Tribe).
Select Country	Filter by the user’s country of residence.
Select Currency	Filter by the transaction currency (e.g., GBP).
Select Status	Filter by status (e.g., Pending, Active, Inactive).

This table shows all pending users matching your filters.

Column	Description
Date	When the user was added to the system.
Name	Full name of the user.
Phone Number	User’s phone number on record.
Country	The country the user resides in.
Currency	Transaction currency linked to this user.
Provider	Which banking provider is connected (e.g., Tribe).
Status	Current status (Pending, Active, etc.).
Action	Options to View, Approve, or Delete the business.
