This sub-module helps admins view, search, and manage new personal banking users whose profiles are in a pending status. These are users who have registered but may require approval, additional verification, or manual checks before they can be fully activated.

To find specific pending users quickly, you can filter the list by:

SearchEnter a name, phone number, or keyword to find a user.
Select ProviderFilter by the banking provider (e.g., Tribe).
Select CountryFilter by the user’s country of residence.
Select CurrencyFilter by the transaction currency (e.g., GBP).
Select StatusFilter by status (e.g., Pending, Active, Inactive).
