Push Notifications
What It Is
The Push Notifications sub-module allows HelloMe Money administrators to send real-time alerts or promotional messages directly to users’ on mobile and web applications across different regions, tenants, and platforms.
It is a key communication tool for:
✅ Alerting users about exchange rate changes.
✅ Promoting special offers or new features.
✅ Sending important operational notices.
✅ fostering user engagement and trust.

Available Filter Options
Admins can filter push notifications using:

| Title | Search by notification title (e.g., "Rate Alert", "Promo Alert"). |
| Tenant | Filter notifications by tenant (specific franchise or brand). |
| Sending Country | View notifications sent to users from a specific country (e.g., UK). |
| Receiving Country | View notifications for transactions to a specific country (e.g., Nigeria). |
| Device Type | Filter by device type (All, iOS, Android) to track platform-specific pushes. |
| Date Range | Select a start and end date to filter notifications sent within a specific period. |
| Status | Filter by active or expired notifications for operational management. |
Adding a Push Notification
When you click "Add Push Notification", admins are prompted to fill out:

| Notification Title* | The headline of the push (e.g., "Rate Now", "Promo Alert"). |
| Tenant* | Target a specific tenant, or select "Default Tenant" for all users. |
| Sending Country | (Optional) Restrict to users sending from a specific country (e.g., UK). |
| Receiving Country | (Optional) Restrict to users sending to a specific country (e.g., Nigeria). |
| Device Type | Choose iOS, Android, or All Devices for delivery targeting. |
| Message* | The main body of the push notification (keep it short and clear). |
| Image | (Optional) Upload a banner or icon for visual promotion. |
| Expire Date* | The date the notification stops displaying to users. |

Push Notifications Table View
After creation, push notifications are listed in a table view for easy management:

| Topic | Typically “default-all-customers” unless advanced segmentation is used. |
| Tenant | The targeted tenant for this notification. |

| Expire Date | When the notification will expire. |
| Action | Options for Edit, Delete, or Resend (future enhancement). |
