When user clicks "details" it allows user performfurther operation on the transaction 2. Click "Reasons"

Transaction Status Details​

1.0 β€” Shows the current status of the transaction within HelloMe’s system.
2.0 β€” Displays the status on the payment partner’s end.
3.0 β€” Indicates the reason for cancellation, if the transaction was stopped or rejected.
4.0 β€” Allows the user to accept the transaction, which updates its status to "Processing".
5.0 β€” Completing step 4.0 requires admin password authorization.
