⚙️ Admin Panel Settings

This Module explains all the available setting options in HelloMe admin settings panel. It is designed to help admins, support teams,Operations, businesses etc. understand what each setting is for, and when to use it is quite important.


🛠️ System Settings

These settings are the building blocks of HelloMe platform. You’ll typically configure these during system setup or when expanding into new countries or services.

These are shared lists used across forms, tickets, and customer details. They keep your system consistent and user-friendly.

📱 App Settings

These control how your app looks and behaves to end-users. You update them often as part of marketing or product updates.

This admin panel is your control center. Here's what each section is best for:

  • System Settings: Set up everything your system needs to function—currencies, countries, payment options, agents, and templates.
  • Common Lists: These are like drop-down values used across the system. Keep them accurate for consistent user data and operations.
  • App Settings: This is where the visual experience lives. Update banners and sliders to engage your users. Also manage corridor settings for financial transfers.
